Community version:
This code is NOT the community version of Bacula, which is copyright Kern
Sibbald.  If you want that version, please go to www.bacula.org to get
instructions for downloading it.

Enterprise version:
This code is the Enterprise version of Bacula, which is a proprietary
copyrighted work of Bacula Systems SA and distributed under Bacula Systems
SA's trademarks.  Bacula Systems SA, All rights reserved.

Licensees holding a valid Bacula Systems SA license may use the files
released (distributed) to them in accordance with the proprietary license
agreement provided in this file.  Redistribution of any part of
this release is not permitted.

NAS Backup Edition:
Bacula Systems SA licenses the NAS Backup Edition for the sole purpose of
backing up the licensed number of NAS systems.  Should it be required to
backup systems outside the NAS, a copy of the Bacula Enterprise Edition must
also be licensed separately through a Bacula Systems subscription.

Windows Binaries:
Bacula Systems Enterprise Edition licenses the use of Windows Binaries as part
of the subscription service with Bacula Systems SA. Support for these binaries
is then provided by Bacula Systems S.A.

Bacula Systems SA licenses Windows Binaries for use with the Community version
of Bacula upon payment of the associated fee.  This fee is based on the number
of clients you intend to use the binaries on, and it is a condition of the
license that you respect the total number of clients you pay for.  It is not
permitted to use these binaries with Bacula Enterprise Edition or any of its
plugins.  Upon payment the binaries are made available from a designated
download area for a period of 90 days.  Support for these binaries with the
Community version of Bacula is provided by the Bacula Project through
www.bacula.org

The name Bacula Systems(R) and associated logos as well as other trademarks are
trademarks of Bacula Systems SA. Absent a written agreement or other express
permission, Bacula Systems SA does not allow third parties to use its
trademarks.  Absent such a written trademark license from Bacula Systems, a
third party does not have the right to distribute anything (code, binaries,
...) containing Bacula Systems trademarks.

License:
All source code listed under Copyright Bacula Systems SA as well as all code
falling under the dual license is available only to users with a
valid Bacula Systems subscription agreement, and may not be redistributed
without explicit written permission from Bacula Systems SA.

The following additions apply to the enterprise version of Bacula, which is a
proprietary copyrighted work of Bacula Systems SA.

Linking: 
If you have received the source code of Bacula Enterprise under a
Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), 
Bacula Systems SA gives you permission to link the code of the
Enterprise version of Bacula with the OpenSSL project's "OpenSSL"
library (or with modified versions of it that use the same license as
the "OpenSSL" library).  You must obey all the other terms of this
license in all respects for all of the code used other than "OpenSSL".

Intellectual Property rights:
Recipient understands that although each Contributor to Bacula grants
the licenses to its Contributions set forth herein, no assurances are
provided by any Contributor that the Program does not infringe the
patent or other intellectual property rights of any other entity.
Each Contributor disclaims any liability to Recipient for claims
brought by any other entity based on infringement of intellectual
property rights or otherwise.  As a condition to exercising the rights
and licenses granted hereunder, each Recipient hereby assumes sole
responsibility to secure any other intellectual property rights
needed, if any.  

Copyrights:
Each Contributor to Bacula represents that to its knowledge it has
sufficient copyright rights in its Contribution, if any, to grant
the copyright license set forth in this Agreement.
