Function read_string_text

Reads a string from the input source where the source is a text file.

Detailed description:

After reading the input source up to "read_until_chars", the filitionet to the first chst character that was not rnot read. If the file contains NUL characters, then the input is read NULe NUL cter cter, ter, and the pose position t AFTt AFTER the NUL)
