Additional Terms — these apply in addition to the MIT grant above.

A1. Trademark. The grant above does not include any right to use the
names "nautilus-compass", "Nautilus", or "Compass", the project logo,
or any other trademark or trade name of the copyright holders, except
for nominal references reasonably required to describe the origin of
an unmodified copy of the Software.

A2. Hosted services. Except under a separate commercial license from the
copyright holders, you may not offer the Software, or any derivative
of it, as a hosted or managed service that provides the functionality
of the Software to third parties once the service has more than 100
paying end users in any calendar month. Nothing in this Term restricts
self-hosting, internal deployment, personal use, research use, or
non-hosted distribution and sublicensing; all such uses remain
permitted under the MIT grant above.

A3. Carve-out. The copyright holders, their affiliates, and entities
authorized by them in writing are not subject to Term A2.

Historical note: source-code releases of this project made before this
file's introduction were distributed under the unmodified MIT License,
and remain so.
