SUBSTRATUM PROPRIETARY LICENSE

Copyright (c) 2026 Substratum. All rights reserved.

This software, including all source code, object code, documentation, and
data distributed with it (the "Software"), is the proprietary and
confidential property of Substratum (the "Licensor"). The Software is
licensed, not sold. Visibility of source code does not grant any right
beyond those expressly stated below.

1. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to these terms, Licensor grants you a limited,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to
   install and run the Software, in unmodified form, for your internal
   business or personal use, including use in connection with Licensor's
   hosted services.

2. RESTRICTIONS. Except as expressly permitted above or by applicable law
   notwithstanding this limitation, you may not, and may not permit any
   third party to:
   (a) copy the Software other than as reasonably required to install and
       run it;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the
       Software;
   (c) distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or
       otherwise transfer the Software or any part of it;
   (d) use the Software, or any part of its source code, to develop, train,
       improve, or inform any product or service that competes with the
       Software or with Licensor's services;
   (e) extract, reuse, or incorporate any portion of the Software's source
       code in any other software;
   (f) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other
       proprietary notice; or
   (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the
       Software distributed in compiled form.

3. OWNERSHIP. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual
   property laws and treaties. Licensor and its licensors retain all right,
   title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual
   property rights. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or
   otherwise.

4. FEEDBACK. If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the
   Software, Licensor may use that feedback without restriction or
   obligation.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS. The Software may interoperate with separately
   licensed third-party components (for example, optional parser
   dependencies installed from public package indexes). Those components
   are governed by their own licenses.

6. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of
   its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and
   destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 2 through 11 survive
   termination.

7. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of
   implied warranties or the limitation of statutory consumer rights; to
   that extent, the exclusions and limitations in this license apply only
   to the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you, and
   nothing in this license affects rights you have under mandatory law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO
   EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR
   GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE, AND LICENSOR'S
   AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE
   SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US
   DOLLARS IF NO AMOUNTS WERE PAID.

9. EXPORT COMPLIANCE. The Software is subject to United States export
   control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration
   Regulations. You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the
   Software except as authorized by U.S. law and the laws of the
   jurisdiction where you obtained it. You represent that you are not
   located in, or a resident of, any country or on any list to or for
   which such transactions are prohibited, and that you will not use the
   Software for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE. This license is governed by the laws of the
    United States and of the U.S. state in which Licensor maintains its
    principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the
    U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
    Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts
    of that state, and each party consents to their jurisdiction; except
    that this section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory
    consumer-forum rules of your country of residence where those apply.

11. GENERAL. This license is the entire agreement between you and Licensor
    concerning the Software and supersedes any prior understandings. If
    any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
    Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
