Vzor Community and SaaS License 1.0

1. Definitions

"Vzor" means the software and associated documentation distributed under this
license. "Licensor" means the copyright holder or holders granting this
license. "You" means an individual or legal entity exercising permissions
under this license.

"Commercial SaaS Product" means a specific product that: (a) incorporates,
integrates, or uses Vzor; (b) is offered to customers or users as hosted
software or a network-accessible service for commercial purposes; and (c) has
generated more than USD 5,000 in Cumulative Gross Revenue. Hosted commercial
APIs offered as a service may be Commercial SaaS Products. Internal company
APIs are not Commercial SaaS Products for this purpose.

"Cumulative Gross Revenue" means the gross revenue accumulated by the specific
Commercial SaaS Product that uses Vzor, before salaries, infrastructure,
hosting, taxes, commissions, marketing, or other operating costs. It excludes
revenue from other products, general company revenue, SaaS products that do not
use Vzor, unrelated consulting, and other lines of business. The threshold is
evaluated separately for each SaaS product.

2. License Grant

Subject to this license, the Licensor grants You a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive license to use, study, copy, modify, distribute, and fork Vzor,
including in personal, educational, research, data-science, analytics,
consulting, nonprofit, organizational, internal business, internal API,
desktop, on-premise, and commercial software use.

Vzor is free to use in a Commercial SaaS Product while its Cumulative Gross
Revenue is USD 5,000 or less. Normal updates, new features, front-end changes,
and infrastructure changes do not make a substantially same commercial product
a new SaaS product solely for this license.

3. Commercial SaaS License Requirement

When a Commercial SaaS Product exceeds USD 5,000 in Cumulative Gross Revenue,
a 30-calendar-day grace period begins. You may continue to use Vzor in that
product during the grace period. Before it ends, You must obtain a commercial
license for that product.

The commercial license fee is USD 149 per year for each Commercial SaaS
Product. It is not per company, user, or server, is not a percentage of
revenue, and carries no additional royalty or revenue-sharing obligation. A
commercial license lasts 12 months beginning on its purchase date and is not
automatically backdated.

If the grace period ends without a valid commercial license, Your permission to
use Vzor in that Commercial SaaS Product is suspended until You obtain one.
Your permissions for all other uses under this license remain unaffected.

4. Compliance and Verification

Upon a reasonable written request, an operator subject to the commercial
license requirement must provide information reasonably sufficient to determine
whether the applicable Cumulative Gross Revenue threshold has been exceeded.
Any request must be limited to information reasonably necessary to verify that
compliance; this section does not grant indiscriminate access to accounting
books or records.

If Vzor is used in a Commercial SaaS Product without a required commercial
license, the Licensor may seek the commercial fees that reasonably should have
been paid for the period of unauthorized use. In the event of intentional
concealment, misrepresentation, or evasion of the commercial obligation, the
Licensor may also seek reasonable liquidated damages of up to an additional
100% of the unpaid fees, subject to applicable law.

5. Redistribution and Modifications

You may redistribute Vzor, modified or unmodified, provided that You retain
the applicable copyright notice, include this license, do not falsely claim
original authorship, and do not remove or evade the commercial conditions of
this license. Modifying, renaming, or forking Vzor does not avoid those
conditions when the resulting software remains substantially based on Vzor.

6. No Trademark License

This license does not grant permission to use the Vzor name, logo, trademarks,
or branding, except as necessary to identify the origin of unmodified Vzor or
as separately authorized by the applicable trademark holder.

7. Separate Agreements

The Licensor may offer enterprise agreements, support, custom contracts, or
alternative commercial licenses. A separately signed agreement between the
Licensor and a party prevails over the relevant provisions of this license for
that party.

8. No Telemetry Requirement

This license imposes no mandatory telemetry, tracking, license calls,
activation servers, revenue surveillance, or automatic data collection. Its
commercial terms are based on contractual compliance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
