Kostria License — proprietary, free to use
Copyright (c) 2026 Pedro Henrique Quadro. All rights reserved.

1. GRANT
   You may download, install and use the Kostria command-line tool (the
   "Software") free of charge, for any purpose, including commercial use
   inside your own company. No registration, no seat count, no expiration.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   You may not:
   (a) redistribute, republish, sublicense, rent or sell the Software or any
       part of it, in source or packaged form;
   (b) modify it or create derivative works from it;
   (c) use the Software, or anything you learn from reading its source, to
       build or operate a product or service that competes with Kostria;
   (d) remove or alter this notice, or the attribution in the Software's
       output.

3. SOURCE VISIBILITY
   The Software ships as Python source, so reading it is unavoidable and is
   permitted. Copying from it is not: clause 2 applies to the source you can
   see in your site-packages exactly as it applies to a download.

4. THE HOSTED BOARD
   The hosted team board at kostria.com is a separate, paid service governed
   by its own Terms of Service. This license covers only the command-line
   tool.

5. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
   THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

6. TERMINATION
   This license ends automatically if you breach any clause above. On
   termination you must stop using the Software and delete your copies.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   Brazilian law governs this license.

Versions 0.1.0 through 0.2.3, published to PyPI before 2026-08-16, were
released under the MIT License. That grant stands for those versions and is
not revoked here. This license applies from version 0.2.4 onward.
