Built and committed: the numpy oracle SSoT + frozen BTC/ETH fixtures (9801 bars each, exact-rational recurrence rate); the Rust kernel (integer tie-counting, no libm, NaN-safe) with a 9-test property battery; full wiring (struct field, processor compute, 5-tuple production walk); the forward-only schema column across all four definition files (schema-contract gate GREEN); and the make-or-break <=1e-9 oracle gate proving Rust == numpy BIT-EXACTLY over BOTH BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT, SHA-locked against a tampered oracle. Causality (no look-ahead), determinism, and crash-safety all proven via the shared harness.
