Feature 2/8 (bar_sign_markov_flux — whether up/flat/down moves cycle in one rotational direction rather than reverse) advanced to 9/16 stages this fire. Built and committed: the numpy oracle SSoT + frozen BTC/ETH fixtures (9801 bars each, exact-rational sign-Markov cyclic current), the Rust kernel (3-state lag-1 transition counts, libm::log substrate, NaN-safe) with a 6-test property battery (=0 on a monotone series, =1 on a perfect 3-cycle, sign-invariant under rescale), full wiring (struct field, processor compute, 6-tuple production walk + accessor), and the forward-only schema column across all four definition files (schema-contract GREEN). Causality, determinism and crash-bounds now cover it across both symbols. 26/26 bar_close tests green. Remaining for this feature: the <=1e-9 oracle parity gate, the in-Rust brute-force independent leg + golden/sha, ADR, mise tasks + slash commands, check-full, the per-feature challenge, then the commit that updates batch PR #544.
