rho-aggregated-xi-launched PENDING
The first measurement pass over all 28 new forex candidate features finished cleanly overnight. We then graded each candidate on its single worst showing across 174 market scenarios: 15 came out clean (PASS), 10 look similar to an existing feature in at least one scenario and stay under watch (WATCH), and 3 are effectively duplicates of features we already have (BAN) — those three are out. The 25 remaining candidates now go through a second, stricter test (Chatterjee xi) that can catch hidden non-linear duplication the first test misses; it is running now and its verdicts will use the pre-agreed worst-cell rule book. No candidate is promoted by this loop — the final promote/reject call stays with the operator.

S3 executed per contract v3.1. Fenced --mode aggregate rc=0; stdout captured verbatim to eval_b5_10_results/aggregate_verdicts.txt; transcription cross-checked against AGGREGATE_VERDICT.json (worst/median, zero drift). candidates_status.json: all 28 updated in the same write as their evidence (rho worst/median/watch_cells/cells + h_norm min from raw per-cell degeneracy blocks; degenerate_syms=[] — 0 DEGENERATE labels). 3 BAN non-survivors got xi_status='not run — excluded at rho stage (BAN)'. keepers_eval_forex_xi.json = 25 survivors in keepers order, note per contract §4. Preflight PASS (34GB spare, load 1.98); chatterjee sweep launched detached under the systemd fence, --panel crossed, confirmed alive with cells landing. Median aggregate-xi NOT run (BANNED).
