Iteration 53 โ€” Triad Finale ADMIT #10 + #11 H-065 EXCLUDED

In plain words: the three econometric guards faced the final hurdle โ€” do their readings actually make our held-out verdicts better? โ€” and the triad split. The strength meter (are the anchors strong enough to carry evidence?) and the weak-proof verdict meter (conclusions that stay valid even when anchors are weak) both delivered real, statistically unambiguous improvements: certificates ten and eleven. The honesty checker did not: although we proved last iteration that it reads differently from our certified kernel guard, the field test showed those different readings don't improve a single verdict โ€” in fact they nudge the needle slightly the wrong way. Different is not the same as useful: excluded, with the kernel guard keeping the honesty job. One more discovery for the ledger: all three meters agree that features with STRONGER anchor ties are more likely to LOSE their edge โ€” the same inverted mechanism we first measured back in iteration 9, now visible through a new lens. The anchor-failure surface is now fully covered: honesty (kernel), strength, and weak-proof inference.

Preflight (A0): 2026-07-10 04:45 โ€” load1 5.18/32c (โ‰ค24) ยท 34 GiB avail, si trickle/so=0 ยท CH + sidecar + kintsugi active โ†’ ALL PASS. Sync: origin/main unchanged. One capped run, 8.13 min (the campaign's longest โ€” expanding HAC across 7 epochs ร— 130 features), readonly=2 loader, watchdog clean, deterministic candidate values, sealed-apparatus inference.

Discovery (not gated)All three M5โ€ฒb directions NEGATIVE (โˆ’0.079 / โˆ’0.138 / โˆ’0.107): strongly/validly-anchored features are LESS likely to keep orthogonality โ€” the iter-9 inverted mechanism through the anchor lens; contrast Causal Dantzig's POSITIVE closeness direction (+0.126, row 56). Both lenses on record for the regime-lens question.
