If you pay negotiated rates, for example on AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, record them here. From the moment you save, the Cost tab also shows the usage they cover at your contract rate, next to the published price. Usage from before a change keeps the value it had; you can restate it from the Cost tab when you choose to.
