HERO / minimal: heading and one action, nothing else.

The right opening for a page whose job is not conversion: a docs index, a
changelog, a section landing page. A lede and a second CTA are both omissions
here rather than removals, because _hero.html renders only what it is given.

Uses align="start" (the component default) so the heading sits against the same
inline edge as the content below it. Centre it only if the whole page is
centred; a centred heading above left-aligned prose reads as a mistake.

States: see _hero.html's own header for the full states contract (none of
  its own: a static band, the single CTA button carries its own states).
Accessibility: see _hero.html; the heading renders as the page's own <h1>.
  Covered by axe.spec.mjs against sections-*.html, which renders this
  exact file, both themes.
Responsive: no breakpoint switch (no media_placement is passed, so it
  takes the default "below" layout, which carries none).
