This directory contains compiled binary programs for robust point set registration
that can run under Windows.  

In addition, there are Matlab scripts and example data
showing how to call the Windows executable and visualize the registration results:

changed how distances were calculated using pdist to find distances between points, matlab is now fast enough that mex files are not needed.

gaussOverlapSelf.m - Changed distance calculations between point sets to include information from amplitude and std of gaussians so the gaussians better represent the image of the neurons.
