                             Human Source Addendum
                             Version 0.3, July 2026
(Source-Available Primary AI Infrastructure Provider Restriction & Asset Disgorgement)

1. Purpose and Scope
This Addendum supplements the primary license of this software. It is
designed to ensure the free, unrestricted, and commercial use of the
software for all standard business applications, enterprises, and human
developers, while strictly prohibiting and holding liable the unauthorized
utilization of the software by "Primary AI Infrastructure Providers" as
   defined in Section 3.

2. Grant of License and Exclusions
The Licensor grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual
license to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software for any commercial
or non-commercial purpose, subject to the following strict exclusion:

This license DOES NOT apply to any "Primary AI Infrastructure Provider," defined
as any global technology hyperscaler or foundational AI developer with a market
capitalization, valuation, or total funding exceeding $10 Billion USD
(including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Meta,
xAI, and major international equivalents). Any utilization by such entities
without a separate, bilaterally signed agreement is unauthorized and
   constitutes immediate copyright infringement.

3. Safe Harbor for All Other Users
All other entities—including standard commercial enterprises, human developers,
and startups commercializing their own independent AI models—are explicitly
granted full, unrestricted use of this software under Section 2.

4. Unauthorized Use and Material Breach
Any ingestion, parsing, scraping, or utilization of this software’s source code or
compiled binaries by a Primary AI Infrastructure Provider for the purposes outlined
in Section 3 without a prior, explicitly signed written commercial agreement with
the Licensor constitutes an immediate, material breach of contract and an intentional
infringement of copyright. No automated, implied, or crawl-wrap license is granted
   to such providers.

5. Financial Liability and Asset Disgorgement
Any Primary AI Infrastructure Provider who utilizes this software without
authorization shall be strictly liable to the Licensor for:

   A. Full Disgorgement of Financial Gains
The Provider shall pay to the Licensor an amount equal to all gross revenues,
funding increases, or capital gains derived directly or indirectly from any
systems, services, or commercialized models that interacted with or utilized
      this software.

   B. Willful Infringement & Costs
The Licensor retains the right to seek maximum statutory damages for willful
copyright infringement, including the full recovery of all legal fees,
court costs, and expert witness expenses.

   C. Immediate Injunctive Relief
The Licensor shall be entitled to immediate injunctive relief to compel the
Provider to completely delete the software, its derivatives, and any trained
weights or parameters from all active models, datasets, and training pipelines.

6. Preservation of Terms (Anti-Forking)
This Addendum must be included in all copies, modifications, or forks of the
software. Any attempt to remove, alter, or omit this Addendum terminates all
licensed rights immediately and constitutes an intentional violation of copyright.

7. Severability
If any provision of this Addendum is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall
be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all
remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Addendum, and any claims arising out of the unauthorized use of this software, shall
be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware,
United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The federal and state
courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle
any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Addendum.
