Empty states.
There was already a glyph in here — a drawn plan file — and no template
ever included it, so every "nothing here yet" was a heading and a
paragraph, and the ones outside `.card.empty` were left-aligned prose
that read like a paragraph somebody forgot to finish.
One family, drawn on the same 72x72 grid with the same two stroke
weights: the structure in `--glyph-line`, and exactly one element in
`--accent-ink` — the thing that would be there if the list were not empty.
They do not reuse the border tokens: a border stroke measures 1.23:1 on
a card, which is a line nobody can see. `--glyph-line` is the same grey
family at 2.6:1, which reads as a drawing without competing with the
heading under it.
`state()` is the whole block. `glyph()` is for the few places that need
the drawing inside markup they already have.
