Licensee's personal, internal business purposes, and as a dependency in a
commercial Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offered by the Licensee.
The Licensee is permitted to use the Software as part of the SaaS platform
provided that the Software is not directly accessible or distributable to the
end users of the SaaS platform.

to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation.

implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Author of the Software be liable for any claim,
damages, or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the
Software.

5. Termination
This License is effective until terminated. The License will terminate
immediately without notice from the Author if the Licensee fails to comply
with any provision of this License.

the Licensee with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No
amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in
writing and signed by the Author.
