# Thala

A Python package containing 10 executable machine-learning algorithm programs.

## Programs

- `pro1.py` — Find-S Algorithm
- `pro2.py` — Candidate Elimination / Version Space
- `pro3.py` — Candidate Elimination / Version Space
- `pro4.py` — Genetic Algorithm
- `pro5.py` — Naive Bayes Spam Classification
- `pro6.py` — k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN)
- `pro7.py` — FOCL / Explanation-Based Learning
- `pro8.py` — Q-Learning in GridWorld
- `pro9.py` — Manual and scikit-learn K-Means
- `pro10.py` — Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering

## Installation from the wheel

```bash
python -m pip install thala-0.1.2-py3-none-any.whl
```

## Installation from source

From the extracted package directory:

```bash
python -m pip install .
```

## Running the programs

```bash
python -m thala.pro1
python -m thala.pro2
python -m thala.pro3
python -m thala.pro4
python -m thala.pro5
python -m thala.pro6
python -m thala.pro7
python -m thala.pro8
python -m thala.pro9
python -m thala.pro10
```

## Dependencies

The package uses NumPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, and SciPy.

## Running a program

Each program prints its complete source code first and then runs it. You can use either `python -m thala.pro1` or the installed command `pro1`; the same pattern applies through `pro10`.
