Mock Machines Python Package — Proprietary Software License

This package ("the Software") includes compiled binaries of the Mock Machines
simulation engine (the "Engine Binaries": the libmockmachines shared library and
the mm command-line executable) together with Python bindings, documentation,
and examples.

1. Grant. Subject to the terms of this license, you are granted a
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the
   Software, including the Engine Binaries, for any lawful purpose, including
   commercial use, and to redistribute the Software only in the unmodified form
   published on the Python Package Index (PyPI).

2. Restrictions. You may not, and may not permit others to:
   (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Engine Binaries, except
       to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
   (b) modify the Engine Binaries or create derivative works of them;
   (c) sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software on a standalone basis; or
   (d) remove or alter any copyright or license notices in the Software.

3. Output. Data, simulations, and other output you generate with the Software
   belong to you.

4. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly
   granted are reserved.

5. Third-party components. The Engine Binaries statically link open-source
   components that remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms.
   On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

7. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR
   ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT,
   OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
   USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
