The full licence text is in LICENSE, which holds the verbatim AGPL-3.0 and
nothing else so that automated licence detection resolves it correctly.

Per-file copyright and licence are also declared as SPDX headers throughout the
source tree. Component-level terms — bindsight orchestrates external tools that
keep their own licences, some with non-commercial restrictions — are inventoried
in LICENSING.md, which is the source of truth for commercial use.
