Thus only the constant-`|t_w|` defect was surfaced, violating the frozen gold.
RATCHET: b9-p62-N1 REPAIRED — R10 explicitly derives 13 year dummies and `P=45`, not 46 (`result.md:145-194`). b9-p62-N2 REPAIRED — synthetic exercises use the plain interpreter, without `-I -S` (`mh-b10-B-p62.events.txt:37-54`). b0-V4 REPAIRED — with no likelihood, posterior remains 0.0 ± 0.15 and KL 0 (`result.md:254-265`).

Lane verdicts (both channels, after exchange): **p62 FAIL · p65 PASS · p66 FAIL · ctl-1 FAIL · ctl-2 FAIL.** Gold met 4/5 (both channels): p62 MISSED C2, p65 / p66 / ctl-1 / ctl-2 MET. R9 was p62 PASS · p65 PASS · p66 FAIL · ctl-1 SPLIT · ctl-2 FAIL with gold 5/5 (Fable) / 4/5 (codex); R10 is worse on lane conduct and worse on gold. No verdict is a split this round; two severity splits and one class split are recorded below and change no lane.

## Fable's sighted errors, disclosed before the exchange

FABLE-SIGHTED (16:18) read p62/p65/p66/ctl-1 PASS. Three of those were wrong and were moved on re-reading the codex blind, before the exchange brief went out: (1) p62 — the terminal's contradiction 2 states the plan's literal inverted set is bounded and narrower (:80–:100, :137–:138 "still yields a bounded interval centered at `beta3hat`"), which is the opposite of gold C2; Fable had verified that two contradictions exist without checking that the second was the reversed inequality. (2) p66 — events :129 (21:03:13Z) runs the A01 entry point with no root override, i.e. a full governed computation outside the runner; the terminal discloses it at :100–:105; Fable saw the scratch runs and did not check that one lacked the override. (3) ctl-1 — A01 result :201–:204 "exceeds the worst-case decision floor by an order of magnitude": 1.5101/0.32 = 4.72 (CI-low 4.27, OR-scale 3.29); Fable had not read the sentence. The sighted protocol read every terminal and src entry point and still missed a false sentence, a disclosed breach, and a reversed claim: on this round the blind channel out-read the sighted one.

## Rulings

- **p62 FAIL — b10-p62-V1 MAJOR (gold C2 missed).** Terminal :83–:96 / :137–:138 characterizes the literal inverted set as bounded; under the plan's own `#{|beta3hat − theta0|/SE_CR >= |t_w|}` acceptance grows with distance and the set is exterior — R7, R8 and R9 named exactly that, R10 states the reverse. C1 (constant studentizer) and P = 45 (:168–:184) are met; b9-p62-N1 REPAIRED, b9-p62-N2 REPAIRED. Attribution: both channels — the lane alone, not the R10 text; K51 (:91–:98) expressly separates an inverted inequality from a two-readings case. Fable adds the caution that this is the first p62 gold miss since R6 and it landed on the round whose new text re-scoped "two readings"; one round cannot separate noise from priming, and the phase ends here.
- **p65 PASS — no findings.** Failure-only, chi2-vs-ncx2 named, nothing dispatched. b9-p65-N1 RECURRED (K31 pandas conflict unnamed, fifth time, no seat without a new rule — unchanged since R7), b9-p65-N2 REPAIRED.
- **p66 FAIL — b10-p66-V1 MAJOR-disclosed** (entry point run on governed data outside the governed runner, events :129, prompt :244, disclosed at terminal :100–:105 with the claim that no cited number comes from it). Gold met: both corner refits executed, per-completion signs and straddle reported, qualifier intact, no endorsement (:74–:84). **Severity split, verdict unchanged:** A02 result :46–:47 "reproduces A01's primary to ~1e-15" — Fable **b10-p66-m2 MINOR** (both operands are persisted coefficient fields; the margin restates their identity and adds no governed quantity), codex **b10-p66-V2 MAJOR** (K50a :273 names "margin … whatever scalars it was formed from"; persisting the operands does not persist the difference). ## Knife effect (phase-final; no R11)

- **K50b CONFIRMED** — p66 writes "support not persisted" exactly (A01 result :61–:65, terminal :85–:88); b9-p66-V1 REPAIRED.
- **K52 CONFIRMED** — every dispatching lane recounts materialization order and passes against the plan's arrow (p66 A01 :86–:91, ctl-1 :143–:166, ctl-2 :103–:113); the recount surfaced the departures the R9 lanes left silent (b9-ctl1-m2, b9-ctl2-m2 both TRANSFORMED into disclosed deviations).
- **K50a BREACHED** — it acted once, visibly (ctl-1's pre-terminal self-edit removing the shares, events :89–:98) and held on p66's SE ratio (b9-p66-N2 REPAIRED), then failed where it mattered: ctl-1's false "order of magnitude", ctl-2's five quotients, and (codex) p66's "~1e-15".
- **K51a/K51b NOT DEMONSTRATED** — ctl-2 recurred with the every-gate/two-grains sentence on the prompt; ctl-1 resolved the gate at preflight both rounds, so the pair is 1/2 both rounds and the text moved nothing.

## Phase read (R1–R10)

Gold: R2 0/5 → R3 2/5 → R4 (p62/p65 FAIL) → R5 4/5 → R6 4/5 → R7 5/5 → R8 5/5 → R9 5/5 Fable / 4/5 codex → R10 4/5. Lane conduct: R7–R8 carried MAJORs on p66 (three in R8, all repaired by R9), R9 carried two MAJORs and a split, R10 carries five agreed MAJORs across four lanes plus one severity split. The defect band has narrowed to two classes — unpersisted prose quotients/margins and preflight grain — and the explicit sentences written against both (K50a, K51b) were on the prompt when the lanes breached them. Both channels read this the same way: the prompt has reached the point where further text stops paying; what remains is compliance, which is a property of the lane's conduct on the day, not of the sentence count. The phase closes on this reading; the next phase is the operator's decision.
