A lightweight Python library to parse and load text files in the **Modified Sparse Row (MSR)** format directly into SciPy `csr_array` objects.

## Features

- **SciPy Integration:** Converts MSR files directly into standard `scipy.sparse.csr_array` instances.
- **Symmetry Support:** Automatically detects or explicitly handles symmetric (`s`) and non-symmetric (`n`) storage formats.
- **Type Annotated:** Fully type-hinted and compatible with `mypy`.

## Installation

Install via `pip`:

```bash
pip install msr-matrix
