# FilamenTOAST - a TOatally Awesome Simulation Tool

FilamenTOAST is a simulation engine capable of simulating large collectives of flexible filaments
in 3D with full treatment of Kirchhoff's Rod Theory and segment-to-segment contact resolution.

**Status: Pre-release placeholder.** The package is under active development. The actual 
implementation will appear in a future version.
