CIF - The Community Inversion Framework

Description:
 The present software is a community effort to rationalize tools and practices 
 within the atmospheric inversion community. It was initially founded by the 
 European Commission as part of the H2020 project VERIFY. 
 
 The software is governed by the CeCILL-B license (see below), and each 
 individual Python plugin is governed by individual license depending on the 
 main contributor

This software is governed by the CeCILL-B  license under French law and
abiding by the rules of distribution of free software.  You can  use, 
modify and/ or redistribute the software under the terms of the CeCILL
license as circulated by CEA, CNRS and INRIA at the following URL
"http://www.cecill.info". 

This Agreement is an open source software license intended to give users
significant freedom to modify and redistribute the software licensed
hereunder.

The exercising of this freedom is conditional upon a strong obligation
of giving credits for everybody that distributes a software
